InnoTact provides guidance for knowledge and research institutes and companies who want to jointly utilise their unique knowledge in order to create a stronger position. We identify the added value of the individual parties, focus on the common ambitions and keep the different interests in mind. The result is a win-win partnership form for all parties.

Translational research, whereby fundamental Life Sciences research is converted into practical applications, is often complex and requires exceptional forms of cooperation between public and private parties.

The public-private parties often have concrete ideas; however we also jointly deliberate concepts and themes with them, which form the core to cluster the public-private partnership around. We observe the field, know or can identify the most attractive parties and bearing in mind the issue of confidentiality.
InnoTact consultants are continually active on the border area between science and business and understand both the mindset and the interests of knowledge institutes and those of the corporate sector. Their approach to their work is primarily pragmatic; they create mutual support and supervise the development of research programmes, projects and partner agreements, possibilities for co-financing and proposals for the protection of intellectual property.
Innovations are often products of a partnership between public and private parties. Additional momentum is created for the partnership with a solution-orientated programme and the innovation gains international significance and value.
The strategic plan that we draw up for the new Public Private Partnership can be used as a tool for securing (government) financing.
