Strengthening the innovation and development in the Dutch Life Sciences sector (December 2011)

Looking for companies for your biomedical invention or bio-technology? Looking to find an innovation partner? Or do you want to strengthen your Life Sciences cluster and attract specific companies abroad? InnoTact Consulting has developed the first database ever that contains all the Dutch Life Science companies and institutes for the benefit of companies, institutes and the authorities. InnoTact is building this into a platform for promoting open innovation and for the specific development of the Life Sciences sector. Launching partners co-invest in this and thereby strengthen their strategic position.

The Bionieuws edition of the 10th of December pays extensive attention to the Dutch Life Sciences database and to InnoTact’s ambitions. You can download the article here.

BioPartner, the long term outcome (October 2009)

In 2005, InnoTact Consulting evaluated the BioPartner programme at the request of the Ministry of Economic Affairs.

This programme ran from 2000 to 2004 and focused on promoting the Dutch biotech sector. In 2009 at the initiative of InnoTact and in cooperation with the Life Sciences and Health innovation programme, a study was made into the long-term effects of the BioPartner programme. InnoTact presented its findings at the Life Sciences Momentum in The Hague on 20 October 2009. This presentation is available as a download (see below).

BioBased Economy – Study of promising areas for the Netherlands (July 2008)

At the start of 2008 the Ministry of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality assigned TNO Quality of Life and InnoTact Consulting BV the task of researching the market prospects for a biobased economy in the Netherlands.
The policy-related question from the Ministry was as follows: “For which products / product groups are there market prospects for the Netherlands during the coming years?”
The results of this research have been published in a four-part report: a main report with three appendices.
These four sections can be downloaded below.

Study of Monitoring temperature of foodstuffs during transport over sea (June 2008)

InnoTact Consulting executed a study into managing the temperature of foodstuffs during transport over sea at the request of the Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority. The specific issue here was whether or not this management is sufficient to prevent the spread of pathogenic micro-organisms during this stage.

The results of this study are included in the report “Monitoring temperature of foodstuffs during transport across large distances”. You can download this report below (it will open in a new frame).
