Agnes van Diemen (1957) is co-founder and partner of InnoTact Consulting.

Agnes distinguishes herself through her strong analytical skills and perseveres until she has made the essence of the question clear and recognisable. Her independent mindset does not always result in the most obvious approach, but - well-considered - generates a more creative approach. This often results in surprising new viewpoints with pragmatic results every time.
Agnes studied econometrics at the University of Groningen and was a trainee with the UN Agriculture and Food Organisation (Rome, Italy). After successfully completing her studies in Groningen she followed the post-doctoral programme at the Dutch Institute for International Relationships Clingendael (The Hague) and she worked for KLM. Before Agnes jointly founded InnoTact she was employed as a policy assistant with the Ministry of Finance and as financial analyst and information analyst for the corporate banks Pierson, Heldring & Pierson N.V. and MeesPierson. She went on to assume the position of account manager Finance and Control within a large general hospital.
