Financial analysis is Frank's strongest competency. In this area he knows how to find the ideal balance between retail and pragmatism but above all, he is result-oriented. Frank has a great deal of experience in the Life Sciences sector in and outside of the Netherlands (in Canada). In the past he worked for Pharming, a bio-pharmaceutical company, as well as for other multinationals, such as Cargill, Cosun and Unifine. In Pharming Frank assisted the company with floatation on the stock exchange. With Frank aboard, InnoTact can offer thorough financial advice that's based on experience in Life Sciences, R&D and production as well as logistics.

Frank is especially focused on business control, which gives priority to profitability of projects and businesses. This translates into procedures that entail operational planning and control procedures in which management, operational and project managers receive the practical resources for realising their objectives as well as those of the company. Frank studied in the School for Higher Education in Economics and Management (HEAO-BE) in Arnhem and during his period in Pharming he completed his qualification as controller in the HOFAM Post-Higher Vocational Education.
