Ronald is result-oriented, likes to take the initiative and is committed. He combines a broad strategic vision with his extremely varied practical experience on national and international markets. A pragmatic approach and maximum coordination between the customer's wishes and organisational capacity are key elements.
Ronald studied veterinary medicine in Utrecht. Apart from additional NIMA studies and internal management studies, he also gained his MBA at the Business School Netherlands.
Following his studies, Ronald spent years as a practitioner/co-owner at a vet's practice before setting up Akzo Nobel's subsidiary Intervet. Ronald worked in the national sales and marketing organisations of this veterinary pharmaceutical company; in the Netherlands as a technical medical advisor and in Turkey as general manager. Following his repatriation he fulfilled key positions at Intervet International in connection with the SAP implementation project and the CRM programme.
Before starting his consultancy activities, Ronald was a commercial and managing director in the wholesale and animal foodstuffs industry for a number of years.
